Our founder, born and raised in southern Thailand, spent years working in hospitality and guiding international visitors. But something always felt missing.
Guests wanted more than sightseeing. They craved stories, silence, connection, and authenticity.
So she created Maibee — a name inspired by “mai” (Thai for silk or wood) and “bee” (nature, connection, and sweetness).
A small, soulful tour company offering private journeys through the forests, temples, and waters of Thailand’s deep south — led by locals, curated with care.
